Chair notes are the small habits that keep Iris Tern calm. Phones on silent help the whole room. We offer a quick rinse when the cut needs it; full spa washes are not our format.

Barbers rotate so wait times stay fair. If you prefer a specific barber, name them when you book. Tips are welcome but never required; card and cash are both fine.

The shop plays low music and keeps conversation optional. Tell us if you want quiet — we will match that energy. Children are not our focus; this is an adult grooming room.

Aftercare is simple: sleep on a clean pillowcase, ease up on daily heavy wax, and return before the outline fully disappears if you like a sharp edge. We can write home care on your receipt.

Harbor Street weather shifts; on rainy days allow a few extra minutes to arrive. We hold bookings briefly, then open the chair to the next guest.
